Free Location Upgrade Offer provides guest the ability to select and book their choice of available stateroom location for their selected stateroom type, at a price equal to the lowest-cost location for that stateroom type (excluding any stateroom labeled as “Guarantee”). Stateroom bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis and there is no guarantee that guest’s desired stateroom type or location will be available at the time of booking. Offer applies only to stateroom locations within the same stateroom type (e.g. Interior to Interior, Oceanview to Oceanview, Balcony to Balcony, Mini-Suite to Mini-Suite). Offer does not permit guest to upgrade to: (i) a different stateroom type; (ii) a stateroom located mid-ship; or (iii) a stateroom labeled as “Premium” or “Deluxe”. Offer is not available for staterooms in select categories, including Sanctuary Collection, “Premium” or “Deluxe” categories, and Suites. Offer does not apply to land portion of a cruisetour. To take advantage of the upgrade, guest must select and book the eligible, upgraded room type during checkout. Guests booking an eligible stateroom will only see (and pay for) the lowest applicable fare within the selected room type at checkout. If guest is unable to select/book an upgraded room type, such upgrade is either ineligible or unavailable for such stateroom with respect to that category or cruise.
